FITNESS SUITE

The Centre has a fitness room with cardiovascular and strength resistance equipment provided by Technogym one of the world leading suppliers. The fitness room is fully air-conditioned and is situated in a superb location on the first floor of the Centre. The room is staffed by qualified and friendly instructors who are committed to offering you a personal fitness experience.

The room is for adults only - aged 16 upwards, other than weekends where with an adult member  children 11 - 15 year olds can use with a weekend monthly pass of £5.00 per month.
