The Centre has a fitness room with cardiovascular and strength resistance equipment provided by Technogym UK (suppliers to the Sydney Olympic Games). The fitness room is fully air-conditioned and is situated in a superb location on the first floor of the Centre. The room is staffed by qualified and friendly instructors who are committed to offering you a personal fitness experience. The room is for adults only - aged 16 upwards, other than during Kids Cardio sessions which take place every Saturday and Sunday 1.00 p.m - 2.00 p.m for 11 - 15 year olds.

An Induction is compulsory and is £21.00 which includes one month's membership. After the initial month your options are:
